1. Subscription Fees

Cuvoia is provided as a subscription service.

Subscription pricing is based on the number of unique customers analysed during each billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are charged in advance.

Where a free trial is offered, no payment will be taken until the trial ends unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel your trial at any time before your first paid billing period begins.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
