1. About Cuvoia
Cuvoia is a customer intelligence platform that helps businesses understand what their customers are really telling them.
Businesses connect supported platforms, collect customer interactions and feedback, and use Cuvoia's AI-powered analysis to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities to improve customer experience.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Cuvoia.
If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure.
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Restricting access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact support@cuvoia.com immediately.
4. Using Cuvoia
You may use Cuvoia only for lawful business purposes.
You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Cuvoia is designed to support businesses by analysing customer interactions and generating insights.
Businesses remain responsible for how they act on those insights.
5. Subscription & Billing
Cuvoia operates on a subscription basis.
Pricing is based on the number of unique customers analysed during each billing period.
All plans include access to the same platform features.
Businesses may upgrade or downgrade their subscription as available through the platform.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
6. Customer Data
Businesses retain ownership of all customer information they provide to Cuvoia.
By using the platform, you grant Cuvoia permission to process that information solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Cuvoia never sells customer data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Cuvoia platform, branding, software, website, designs and content remain the intellectual property of Cuvoia.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Availability of the Service
We aim to provide a reliable platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, updates and unexpected technical issues may occasionally affect access.
We will always aim to minimise disruption wherever reasonably possible.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Cuvoia for unlawful purposes.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Interfere with the platform or other users.
- Misuse customer information.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
- Attempt to bypass security measures.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cuvoia is provided on an “as available” basis.
While we work hard to ensure the platform is accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee that every insight or recommendation will be error-free.
Businesses remain responsible for their own commercial decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached or where required by law.
You may stop using Cuvoia at any time.
To permanently delete your account and associated business data, please contact support@cuvoia.com.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When significant changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify users where appropriate.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
